case management systemThe faces of victims come in all shapes and sizes.    Advocacy Pro TM is a web based advocacy system to track and support victims during their time of need.  The system is built around the reporting requirements for VOCA, NCA, and state and federal agencies.  Advocacy Pro TM is built to support a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach where coordinating agencies share a common system but maintain independent data. The system is customizable to meet the needs of victim advocates, crisis counselors and clinics.

Features

As a web based application, Advocacy Pro TM offers real time team data consolidation along with the functions normally associated with a standalone desktop application;

 Security - The system has multiple levels of security access.  Advocacy Pro TM supports a single site administrator, or individual administrators for each participating organization.  All records are coded for each individual team.  Users from another team cannot access another team's records.  

Printable Forms - Totally customizable forms for medical releases, information packets, profile sheets, etc.

 Reporting - reports are customized based on the reporting needs of user.  Data elements to support most standard reporting requirements are included in the base system.
